The short version
Greetro is a pre-launch product. There is no Greetro app, no account system, no checkout, and no phone service running yet. The only thing this website does is collect waitlist sign-ups. If you have not filled in the waitlist form, we hold no personal data about you at all.
What we collect
The waitlist form on our homepage asks for exactly three things, and they are the only personal data we collect:
- Your name — so we can address you properly.
- Your work email address — so we can tell you when access opens.
- Your business type — for example “dental clinic” or “law firm”, so we know which kinds of businesses to open to first.
The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field. If it is filled in, the submission is treated as a bot and discarded. You will never see it, and you should never fill it in.
Along with those three fields, our forms provider records standard submission metadata: the IP address the form was sent from, your browser’s user-agent string, the referring page, and a timestamp. We do not use that metadata for anything beyond spam filtering.
What we do not collect
- No cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own, and shows no cookie banner because it has nothing to ask you about.
- No analytics. No analytics or tracking script currently loads on this site. Our pages contain a placeholder for Google Analytics 4 that is deliberately inert — no measurement ID has been configured, so no tracking script is ever fetched and no analytics data is ever sent. If we turn analytics on in future, we will update this page before we do.
- No advertising or social pixels. There are none anywhere on this site.
- No call data. Greetro is not answering anyone’s phone yet, so there are no calls, recordings, transcripts or customer data of any kind in existence.
- No payment details. There is no checkout on this site and we cannot take a payment.
Third parties involved
Three services touch this website, and only these three:
- Netlify hosts the site and stores waitlist submissions in its Forms feature. Your submission is held in our Netlify account.
- ntfy.sh receives an automated notification when a waitlist form is submitted, so the operator sees new sign-ups. That notification contains the name, email, and business type you entered.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces used on this site. Loading a font from Google’s servers means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which discloses your IP address to Google. No cookie is set by this.
How we use your information
We use your name, email and business type for one purpose: to contact you about Greetro — principally to tell you when early access opens in your region, and to ask the occasional question about what your business needs. We do not send unrelated marketing.
We do not sell your data
We have never sold, rented, or traded waitlist data, and we will not. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or partners. The only parties that hold it are the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf in order to run the site.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries until Greetro launches and you have either become a customer or told us you are no longer interested — or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email leads@stylemarking.com at any time and we will:
- tell you exactly what we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong, or
- delete your entry entirely.
You do not need to give a reason, and there is nothing to cancel — being on the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Children
Greetro is a product for businesses. The waitlist is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and waitlist submissions are stored inside our Netlify account behind that provider’s authentication. We are a small team and we hold very little data — three fields per person — which is itself the main protection.
About the product claims on this site
Our marketing pages describe what Greetro will do at launch: encrypting calls in transit and at rest, never selling customer data, and letting customers export or delete their call data on demand. Those are commitments about a product that is not running yet. They are not descriptions of anything happening today, because no calls are being handled today. This privacy policy covers only what actually happens now: a waitlist form, and the three fields you type into it.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change — for example when the product launches, or if we switch on analytics — we will revise this page and update the date at the top of it.
